Smoked Tomato Truffle Jam is not something I ever thought I’d see, but here it is. Created by Fischer & Wieser from Texas, this claims to be great on a charcuterie board or great on bread and sandwiches. But does it’s smokey and sweet taste overpower the subtler flavors? And does it actually taste any good to begin with?
