Pretty sure you can still play Eternal Sonata on the last 3 generations of Xbox.

This looked really promising but it seems like they only have HDMI 2.0 or lower? Some don’t list the version at all. Unfortunately HDMI 2.1 or better is kind of required in 2025.
Wrong
The “smart part” absolutely makes those TVs bad. The meme even addresses this with the line about hardware being ripped wholesale from an old smart phone. Smart TV hardware barely functions when it’s brand new. Fuck everything about smart TVs.
For some reason “idspispopd” is the one I always remember.
Book 4 is great, but honestly, what is there to like about book 5? Nothing fucking happens in the entire thing. In my opinion it has always been the absolute worst of the series.
As a kid, my family’s first VCR was a Daewoo. Imagine my surprise when we passed some road construction and I saw the Daewoo excavators and other heavy machinery. Later on, a girl in my highschool class had a Daewoo car. That one blew my mind even more for some reason.
edit: forgot a word
5th Gen iPod Video for me, circa 2006. I actually loved the device, but having to use the trash software that was iTunes is what radicalized me.
I bought the ultimate edition of this game on sale for $15 like a year ago. This game is constantly on sale. This game is also really good and legitimately worth full price. For those of you bitching about epic, just go buy it from your preferred marketplace and shut the fuck up.
I don’t wear glasses and I still find my quest 3s pretty uncomfortable. I can’t play for more than an hour at a time.
When sending money I usually just gives some money to the group at the end of the show by hand
Lmao WHAT? You don’t seriously expect people to believe this…do you?
I really enjoyed Risk of Rain 1 but I don’t get why people like Risk of Rain 2. They completely changed the game and it plays like shit. Is it only possible to like it if you didn’t play the first one?
I see about 200 different truck drivers every week and know them all by name. Whether they use a sleeper cab or not has absolutely no correlation to their tech skills and a solid 50% of them struggle to do basic things on their smartphone.
I grew up in the rural midwest and our “neighbor” a few miles down the dirt road kept a few as pets and we could feed them grass right out of our hand. It was pretty magical to us kids. I’ve often wondered if this is why I turned out to be so averse to deer hunting, a yearly activity that just about everyone around me including both my parents excitedly participates in. I understand the necessity and I happily eat venison, I just don’t understand the thrill people seem to get. I did it the first few years I was of age because it was expected, but never again after I moved out.
Imagine bragging about how much you drink to some randos on the internet.
I find this especially interesting as I bought the game from a garage sale and when I got home I found out it was just a burned disc with a home-printed label. I was too young to understand the dangers of putting that shit in my cd-drive but old enough to know there was a good chance the game wouldn’t work at all. To my great surprise it worked fine and I played the crap out of it. Probably one of the first games where I finished the single player campaign.
Oh my God I fucking miss Unreal Tournament. Modern epic games sucks so so much.
I played DotA for 14 years, but WC3 was home to so many more incredible custom maps. Element TD is an example of another that became a standalone game. But there was also Footman Frenzy, Uther Party, Wintermaul Wars, Hero Line Wars, X Hero Siege, and countless others that made WC3 the greatest RTS platform ever conceived. I hope the suits that pushed out the piece of garbage that is “warcraft reforged” rot in hell forever
The ashtray maze was a great sequence and a ton of fun, but immersive? I don’t think so.
Man I’m so sorry to hear that. For me it was Lucasarts’ Gladius and they finally did add that one somewhat recently. It’s the only game I was keeping my original Xbox for.
