KeePass can only save passwords to a local file. No password syncing across desktop and mobile. This makes it unusable for me.
I use keepass at work for system administration - where I don’t care about syncing my password to my phone. But other people reading this should be aware that keepass is very different (very useless) for the average person.
It depends on what you use it for yes, but I’ve been able to sync it between devices using onedrive or google drive. You could also set a local FTP or SSH where you keep the master file then connect each device to it. I understand your point that you may want an app that just does that for you, all I’m saying is this is an option that I like using.

I store the file in my Gdrive. It’s synced across all my devices including my phone.
Didn’t see this til after I posted my other comment, but yeah that’s pretty much what I’ve done too
