I used to be a crew chief on the B-52. You would think that a person that spent their entire military career in-flight refueling would do a great job. But they fucked up my jet more times than I can count on 2 hands. My supervisor would say “Maybe we should put some hair on it” (suggesting that making the fuel port look like a vagina would make the boom operator insert it easier).
