Hello, can anyone provide detailed step-by-step instructions on how to install android 10 on a nexus 7 (2013, 2nd gen) device?
I bought one used. I’m not tech savvy in the least so need detailed help on how to install everything, please and thank you.

Please dont do it. You will run into more problems than advantages doing this.
I was told Android 13 is too slow. Was hoping for instructions for android 7-10.
you can follow until 5) FORMAT PARTITIONS
then flash the android 10 rom instead of 13
