Seen a military analyst comment on this one. He said it was likely shot down by something else while this guy also fired at it.
Still a nice clip though.
Makes more sense, bullets dont fly at the speed of light
They can do this now?!? Tell me this isn’t more than just pure, simple luck.
Skill certainly plays a part but yes, you do need a lot of luck. When I was in the army we trained for this sort of thing. The idea was, if you have a lot of machine guns firing at the same time, you have a reasonable chance to land some hits.
Edit: apparently they’re still using the exact same sight as we did 40 years ago:
Thanks! I can’t really say I know how to pronounce that, though! Lol
There are a lot of this posted within a short timeframe. Some ground ones, a couple of helicopter ones, a Cesna one. All they seem to show is that they down drones\missiles without a sweat. Since they are tight-lipped in what they share, it seems like a conscious campaign to… what?
My guess is that it’s an answer to the russian saber-rattling about the Kursk oblast and the proclaimed revenge involving massive drone attacks. To say, that no, it doesn’t work, see videos 1, 2 and 3. That’s the message I get from these get posted atm.
