Same. Going to maybe (not 100% sure, as I dislike her personality so far, her leaked kit looks nice though) try for Furina next patch then it’s up to saving and hoping the current leaks about Father’s release patch are correct.

It really might just feel that way because unlike Sumeru Fontaine has not locked majority of the exploration behind a quest like the Aranara or Jeht one. As much as I like Sumeru, having those big exploration parts locked behind huges quests wasn’t something I liked much, especially with the Aranara one which I found incredibly hard to follow due to so many similar names on top of the fantasy words.

Extremely fast and easy to complete, just click stuff for 40 Freemos. No time gating and you don’t even have to think about what you’re doing. 10/10 do recommend.

Decided to try my luck on the weapon banner and it paid off. Got what I wanted on the first 5*. Now I’m back to stockpiling primos, praise the Welkin.

Obligatory don’t pull on the weapon banner unless you’re prepared to possibly hit hart pity three times.

I mean you could still eventually run it on Yanfei and give your Widsith to someone else. There’s definitely more Catalyst users who can make use of the Widsith. And as I said I can’t really say how these weapons rank against each other or Dodoco Tales. I’m currently not motivated enough to actually get into TCing.

Overall I am however an advocate for “better have and not need, than need and not have”. Especially with non-banner weapons: There’s 2000 slots for them while only need 1 per character, when we only have 1800 slots for artifacts - of which we need 5 per character… You easily should have more than enough space for an additional weapon.

From the characters that are out: Klee, Ningguang, Yanfei, onfield dps Mona, onfield dps Heizou and Wanderer possibly for the normal/charge attack buff.

Out of those only Yanfei has a high energy requirement on her burst (80), so she would get the most out of the ER. Her burst isn’t really needed but it’s still nice to be able to use it for the increased seal speed and charge attack damage bonus. It also provides a shield at c4+.

Can’t say how it really compares to the alternatives though. Still should be an okay f2p option, especially if one doesn’t have a Widsith (or hates the rng) and no Dodoco Tales.

Her c2 deletes paimon and voices the MC instead.

Are you really sure that that’s c2? This is such a major game changer and buff to the overall experience that it can only be a c6.

My guess is they simply didn’t really pay attention to this possibly happening, as the chances shouldn’t be too high. You after all need to have the old regular commissions set to the same area you want to do quests in AND then be (un)lucky enough to get a commission that overlaps with a different quest you want to do. Like if you already did all Mondstadt quests and set your commission area to Mondstadt, there will never be an overlapping NPC. And once you did the non-repeatable quests they’re out of the pool of potential overlap, too.

This overlap can also apparently be used to get achievements relating to daily commissions faster: By having a non-repeatable quest at a point where it overlaps with a commission, you block said commission from popping up - unless they removed this with the latest update ofc. This speeds up the process of cycling through the region’s commissions. I’m really hoping she’ll be playable and the 5* Xiangling we all (?) want, since it has been confirmed that she’s pyro. Being able to effectively slot her into the same Abyss team as Tortilla would make me happy.

Anyone else feeling the same way?

If you ever feel like going for the commission achievements I absolutely recommend tracking your progress. You can either make your own lists or use websites like paimon.moe to do so.
