I think the distinction between data acquisition and data application is important. Consider the parallel of photography; you are legally and ethically entitled to take a photo of anything that you can see from public (ie, you can “scrape” it). But that doesn’t mean that you can do anything you want with those photos. Distinguishing them makes the scraping part a lot less muddy.

You can bring your own containers. They will tare them (ie weigh them and mark them with their mass) and then you can fill them as much or little as you like. On Sundays, you get an extra discount for bringing your own containers.

Oh! Shit! Steve Paiken! I really respect his skills. He often winds up interviewing people I have a beef with, and while maintaining a good relationship with his interview subject, he still asks all the questions I would want asked.
