1 month agoThe first time I got a password manager I set everything I could to 128. Can’t believe how many sites allowed me to do that… the first time I had to actually type one out I learned my lesson.

Wouldn’t your wife have a hard time closing it manually too then?
Not really no, it sounds logical and fairly simple.
If it’s your server, then yes you should have responsibility with how you deal with said content.

How would you feel about an implant being offered by an independent street vendor?

All I am saying is that the article doesn’t attempt to make any comparison between human’s and AI’s ability to detect dark skinned people or children… the “worse” mentioned in the poorly worded (misleading) headline was comparing the detection rates of AI only.
Not necessarily worse than humans, no, just worse than it can detect light skinned and tall people.
Here’s my take…
Hotel air conditioners feel like perfect air conditioning. Likely due in part to hotel rooms being a small space, usually limited to one outside window, and they are usually good sized units so they will cool it very fast and effectively. Also the rooms are usually warm when you first enter, and so you turn on the A/C and immediately feel the room getting colder.
Similarly, McDonald’s pop is essentially perfect. McDonald’s arguably strives for consistency above all else, so you know that a Sprite from any location will be the perfect mix, the exact right about of carbonation, perfectly chilled with jus the right amount of ice. It will even have their specific large diameter straw to ensure the ideal flow rate when you drink.

I agree with your entire premise on the usefulness of remote start for cold winters. I live in Canada, though I do not have remote start.
All that being said, I think it’s wild that you accuse others of lacking “social skills” while calling everyone “brain damaged” because they didn’t immediately agree with you.
