Ketchup!
Well put, this exactly!
I have a service notebook in the glovebox and I also write them in Notes so that I can view it online from anywhere.
The bridge needs to be destroyed for good.
Such a wholesome story 😊
So happy to hear that he is enjoying Linux and you guys are doing things together.
Wake up. Get dressed. Put the dogs out in the yard. Open work computer and start the apps. Take dogs in. Work for a bit. Wake up wife. Have coffee and breakfast. Work some more. Have lunch. Work more. Stop working. Go to grocery shopping or for a walk. Feed the dogs. Make dinner. Do some yard work. Watch news on tv. Brush teeth. Read. Go to sleep.

I tried Mastodon in November but in March I had to quit as I noticed it took almost all the free time I had as I tried to be an active user there. It also had an effect on my personal life and mental health.
Lemmy seems so much better for me as the threads remain visible in the communities and I can get back to them anytime I want. In Mastodon it was difficult to find the thread the next day as there was so much conversation after the previous visit. I’m so happy I discovered Lemmy.

Well done!
