I adore the first trilogy of DQ games but I’m holding off cause I don’t like or trust SE anymore (plus, denuvo, ugh).

I will say, it’s a better experience to play 1 thru 3 in order with no prior knowledge of what makes them a trilogy. Having 3 stand alone kind of misses that “oh fuuuuuuuck” realization I got to experience (and subjected a friend to, who has yet to forgive me lol). It’s what made 3 one of my favorites next to 5 and 11.

Oh yeah, that multiple organizations things absolutely fuuuucks me since I’m adjunct at multiple universities/colleges. At some point it becomes easier to just travel to places to buy your gpus and such. When I was in Singapore, their prices on electronics were both good and compatible with my own stuff. I visit there to see an old MMO friend and it’s just… Closer to the source, I guess.

As others say, premades are generally less healthy and carry more preservatives like sodium. I personally keep them on hand anyway in case I need something in a pinch, but even then I have a few easy meals if foods are stocked (like carbonara, which i make tonight!)

If you do go frozen for the wife, be sure to check what you’re getting. My step father has been having heart issues lately and I don’t think he realized his diet of mostly frozen dishes were putting him at like 300%+ daily intake of salt.
