Now if the USPS could just figure out a virtual address system we’d be golden.
I like traveling and exploring.

Same but I never go on anymore because the people I used to follow don’t post anymore, it’s all been taken over by videos from like 5 accounts.
You mean people aren’t hopping on the join the conversation with Crisco and General Mills? Who woulda thunk! I thought for sure that would be the killer application right there.
Zuck wanted it, and literally nobody else. They’re going to need to implement ActivityPub just so every blue checkmark on earth can launch their own social network where they are the only users.
Hopefully with an option to sort by something other than date taken.
As if human journalists unfamiliar with their tasked subject have never made this mistake.
Because it’s the opposite of how I would do it. I see the value in using a tablet off the shelf to control a smart home, but if it were me id probably mount it in a case to prevent it from walking away. I wouldn’t want somebody picking it up and using it around the house, that’s what their own tablet is for, but this one stays stationary in the kitchen.
So her biggest issue is that the tablet wasn’t on the dock when it needed to be used. Because she took it and wanted to use it for herself. Having a smart home hub means you can’t take it away and use it to surf the web.
I think a lot of restaurants don’t have good gator because it’s hardly ever ordered so who knows how freezer burned it is. I’ve have mixed experiences from bad to neutral.
Mine is under the advanced tab and video memory. Of course my computer is 10 years old though so it has an actual BIOS, newer computers have a similar UEFI menu.
If a big chunk of ram isn’t available this is usually because your system is using at as video memory, typically in the absence of a full GPU card. If you don’t do a ton of gaming or video editing you can probably go into the BIOS and reduce your video memory to 1-2GB, or if you have a separate GPU then set it to as low as possible.
Honestly you could say because you like to talk about tacos and it would get approved most of the time. We have that turned on because otherwise we’ll get 60k spam users overnight. Email verification costs money especially if you’re being spammed with 60k requests and the statement box stops all of it.
Yes as long as somebody is out there to make a device port. I just checked the page for the 2016 Pixel (aka the sailfish) and it looks like it’s still being maintained https://wiki.lineageos.org/devices/sailfish/
But it still doesn’t solve the issue though of being required to look at corporate ads which are designed to increase consumption in order to solve climate issues. We will never be able to advertise our way out of this.
I have a glass screen protector on mine and somehow I’ve never broken it. There have been many times when I dropped it and I swore that’d be it, but then I turn it over and there’s not a scratch!
But I just want it to be the full width of the screen AND have a border!!
You didn’t miss anything, everybody is giving them a pass because they have an old mainframe and until you’ve had to sync one you just don’t know. We all know the reason the government is still using mainframes from the 70s. You mean to tell me there’s no company that’s ever migrated away from a mainframe? It’s always a budget issue. And in the US anything that isn’t military spending is a budget issue.
Probably switch to LineageOS like I did on all my Nexus phones.
My Pixel 4a 3 years later: I love it, and I’m not disappointed
I just typed in Lacie SSD into Amazon and wouldn’t you know it the second-top result is a sponsored listing for the SanDisk Extreme 2TB with a $5 coupon, 4.7 stars and 46,000 reviews. Now if those reviews aren’t fake I don’t know what is.
