I once went to an ice cream place in rural New York and they had a flavour called Gram Central Station. It was the best flavor I’ve ever had in my life. Get this - it didn’t actually have gram cracker bits in it. It was just innocuous white ice cream with a really rich gram cracker flavor to it that was unlike anything I’ve had since. So damn good
