Historically violence is very effective at political change, but there are many peaceful examples as well. Let’s hope this one can be peaceful but some violence at the start of fascism is better than lots of violence being required to unroot deeply ingrained fascism.

Hard to say where USA is today. I’m a little surprised at how quiet the military’s being as the constitution is being torn up and allies are being turned into enemies, I have to hope they’d turn down orders to invade former allies, at least.

Hopefully the quiet is a sign that there’s internal scheming.
