The reality is Putin doesn’t want to start a all out world war were he will most certainly lose. Such a war would cause a lot of death and destruction.
He has no problem with ordering death and destruction in Syria, Chechyna or Ukraine, those are just the ones we’ve heard about. He is putting children in punishment camps.
