Life’s a hell of a trip man. I was 34 before getting diagnosed with ADHD, which made my entire life suddenly made sense. Oh, turns out I have narcolepsy too, and I’ve been punished for my sleep patterns and issues my entire childhood. Who knew narcolepsy isn’t necessarily how it’s portrayed in movies?
Could be both! But yeah, I think humans are curious by nature and need to exercise their problem solving muscles, regardless of what topic of interest. An engineer will be solving problems using math and physics, but a musician or a poet will have their own problems to be solved in their respective areas using the tools of their crafts.

Either I have ADHD, or humans weren’t meant to do the same job with the same tasks for years at a time
